2007年一月26日在南半球的澳洲墨爾本ROD LAVER中央球場，詹詠然和莊佳容力拼三盤(4-6，7-6(4)，1-6)不敵前溫布敦女雙冠軍--Cara Black和Liezel Huber組合，屈居亞軍，透過現場電視轉播，數千萬人分享了這一對澳網官方網站形容為「崛起天才小將」的迷人風采！(詳看原文)在隨後的頒獎儀式中，由格蘭英語代言人-詹詠然代表致詞，她說：「“I think they changed in the third set and put us under pressure. We are a little bit disappointed”.」然後接著說「“We just did our best".」流利地用英文表達

	If I don't have previous work experience, I can't get a job and with no job, how can I have any work experience? It's a catch-22 for me. 沒有之前的工作經驗我就找不到工作，而沒有工作我怎麼能有工作經驗呢？這真是苦惱。
